Step 1: Prepare the Base Plate and L-bottom connector by securing both parts with M5 bolts. Position the base plate on a flat surface of the bottom connector with the screw holes facing upwards. Utilize a 4mm Allen key for tightening.
Step 2: Attach the cylindrical rod by placing it on the top surface of the base plate, aligning the rod's holes with those in the base plate, and fastening it from the bottom surface using M4 Allen bolts provided.
Step 3: Affix the sliding block onto the top of the cylindrical bar and secure it with an M6 bolt, 16mm in length, from the back side.
Step 4: Assemble the gripper block onto the sliding block ensuring alignment with the M6X30mm bolt. Utilize the two top holes to tighten the gripper rod. Loosen the bolt to enable free rotation of the gripper block, allowing for a 360-degree rotation.
Step 5: Insert the gripper rod into the gripper block and tighten it with an M6x16mm bolt using the Allen key provided. Loosen for adjusting the position as needed.
Step 6: Attach the Tightening screw from the bottom side of the L-bottom connector.
Step 7: Verify Assembly
Double-check that all screws are tightened securely and that the clamping arm moves smoothly without any obstructions.
Step 8: Final Inspection
Before using the device, inspect the assembly to ensure that it is properly assembled and free from any defects.
